You’ll Need:
- 2 Rabbits
- 1 pound Bacon
- 1 Onion, Diced
- 3 Carrots, Thinly Sliced
- 2 Stalks Celery, Diced
- 2 Tomatoes, Diced
- 1 Cup Mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 Cup Flour
- 1 Cup Red Wine
- 1 Cup Water
- 1 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1 tsp Favorite Seasoning

Directions:
- Cook up all the Bacon. When crisp, place on paper towels to dry excess grease off then crumble.
- Brown all sides of Rabbits in leftover Bacon grease. Once browned, add to crock pot.
- Fry up the Garlic and Onions until golden brown then add to crock pot.
- Add some flour to the bacon skillet along with some Wine and scrap all bits off bottom. Add in Water, Tomato and Seasonings and bring to a boil. Add this all to the crockpot.
- Cook on High about 2 hours, add Mushrooms then continue to cook another 2 hours.
- The Rabbit should be falling off the bone when ready to serve.
- Sprinkle with Bacon and enjoy.
