I enjoy viewing trail camera images on a large computer screen, but my Moultrie app wouldn’t open two days ago. I restarted my computer, but that didn’t help, so I called Moultrie about the issue. “We’ve reset our website, and if you use a computer using a shortcut, you will need to establish a new one,” I was told. Here’s the fix: 1. Delete the Moultrie icon from your home screen. 2. Go to Moultrie.com and open the website. At the top of the page, click “App” and then “Login to Web App.” That should give you your camera pictures. 3. Highlight the address at the top of the screen and click the star in the upper right-hand corner—that should reestablish a shortcut to your images. If you use a smartphone for your photos, this change was updated automatically.
